Do you powder coat in-house?

No, and we would rather say so. Coating runs through finishers we have worked with for years, scheduled and inspected by us. You place one order, you get one invoice, and finished parts show up ready to use.

What finishing happens in your building?

Hand deburring. Graining is limited to hand tools on small areas, such as touching up a welded or blended joint on brushed stainless. Anything beyond that goes to a finisher. We would rather tell you the boundary than imply we run a finishing line we do not have.

How much time does finishing add?

Add one to two weeks on top of the fabrication lead time. That is built into the delivery date we quote, not bolted on afterwards.

Can I get a specific color or spec?

Yes. Call out the color, the spec or the RAL number on the print and we will route the job to the finisher who runs it.

Does routing finish work through a partner slow the job down?

It is built into the lead time we quote you. Because we schedule it rather than handing you a phone number, the coating step is part of one delivery date instead of a second project you have to manage.
