How we take work
From one part to a standing order
A quantity of one and a repeating production order run on the same laser and the same press brakes. There is no separate prototype shop here, and no minimum you have to clear before we will look at a drawing.

Welded assemblies
Cut, formed, welded and hardware-installed as one finished assembly, rather than a box of parts you have to put together.
Contract manufacturing and build-to-print
Send the print. We quote it, build it to the drawing and ship it, on a repeating schedule if that is what you need.
Production runs
The same part, the same way, run after run. CNC brakes and laser programs mean the hundredth part matches the first.
Equipment
Five press brakes, 60 to 230 tons
Five CNC and NC press brakes from 6 to 12 feet and 60 to 230 tons, so the part goes on the machine that suits it rather than the only machine we own.

Large inventory of precision ground tooling. Laser cutting runs on a 6kW Mitsubishi fiber laser with a 60" × 120" bed, a full 5 ft by 10 ft sheet. Machining runs on Haas CNC equipment.

Lead time is 1 to 3 weeks depending on how much processing the part goes through, and add 1 to 2 weeks when the part goes out for powder coat, plating or anodizing.

What runs in the building
What we do not do, so nobody wastes a call: no turret punching, no plate or tube rolling, no waterjet, no CNC turning or 4-axis machining, no structural steel or metal buildings, and no on-site installation. Finishing is coordinated through partners rather than performed here.
